Good to know
The main house has on the middle level : *Bedroom 1- King bed *Bedroom 2- King bed *Bedroom 3- A kids dream room - A queen bottom bunk with a twin on top, an additional mattress is also in this room. A full bathroom with tub shower is located on the middle level as well as an additional living area with 2 couches and a closet full of games for rainy days! Located off the deck on this level is the perfect spot to read a book at the hammock or soak in the hot tub while you listen to the waves. On the top floor: Step into our open brightly lit kitchen with all new appliances and updated cookware! The open floor plan has plenty of seating between the island and large dining table sitting 10 in total. The expansive decks off the kitchen and dining give you views of both the sound and the ocean! The final bedroom is off the kitchen area with a beautiful large bathroom that has a stand up shower as well as a jetted whirlpool tub. *Bedroom 4- King bedroom with a smart Tv. The guest house: Both bedrooms have king beds. A full bath with tiled shower. Great room with beach views. Covered porch with step down hot tub.
Other Details to Note
Our beautiful beach and Rodanthe pier are only a few minute walk away as well as the nearest coffee shops. Parking for 4 vehicles at the house and 2 in front of the guest house. This is a PET FREE home. Notification of pets at the property will result in a daily fee of $100 and an additional cleaning fee. Our pool is typically opened from March and closed at the end of October. Our pool is now Heated for FREE. This property has 3 Ring Security Cameras, 1 at each driveway and another in the side yard. These cameras operate 24 hours per day. We do not provide charcoal or lighter fluid for the grill.
