Beautiful place! Erika and Casey were more than accommodating with me having to switch the trip over to my father and his partner when I had become sick a day before the trip. My father and his girlfriend said the place was absolutely beautiful and they had an amazing time!

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful New Year’s getaway at this property. The house was comfortable and very clean, and the hosts were friendly and accommodating. The hot tub was a particular highlight. The location is excellent with beautiful surroundings and easy beach access. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a peaceful Outer Banks retreat

We just got back from Erika and Casey’s home, it was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults 2 kids) my kids loved the games and loft space where they had toys and games! The home was very spacious with everything we needed. We didn’t cook much at home but if we needed to the kitchen was stocked with everything! We could walk town and were centrally located to a grocery store or pharmacy if needed. Check in was very easy! We will definitely return to this house when visiting Vermont!

Highly recommend this home, we felt immediately at home and relaxed. The hot tub was a great bonus at the end of a long adventurous day. The rooms were spacious and inviting. Loved the pictures on the walls that reflected the surrounding area.

My husband and I came here for his birthday / our engagement 1 year anniversary. We loved everything about this sweet little home. The kitchen had everything we needed (though we ended up cooking very little). Very comfy beds. Cozy living space. The hosts were pleasant to work with and responded quickly when I had a question. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and comfortable home, great location with easy access to the beach. Very clean and the wonderful kitchen was definitely a highlight! Erika and Casey communicated great with us and were very responsive, we would love to come back again sometime in the future.

We had a fantastic stay. Erika and Casey truly go above and beyond to make you feel at home and have a five star experience. The house was amazing and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything you would need or think of to cook meals just like you would at home, without being cluttered. There is a space and place for everything. The house is perfectly situated to give you beautiful sunrise ocean views and equally beautiful sunset views over the sound. Erika and Casey were proactive in their communication. They answered all questions promptly and thoroughly. We would definitely stay again or in their adjacent property.

I took my son here for his fall break getaway with his girlfriend. We had a fabulous relaxing time and really enjoyed our stay. When the kids wanted a chance to get out and go do stuff there were plenty of opportunities, but when it was time to bring it down in the evenings and just have family time. It was the perfect location to get away from the crowdsand just enjoy the peace of the ocean and the environment. Our hosts were fabulous and did a great job making sure all of our needs were met

We had a great time just the 4 of us, but this home has so much room! Very comfortable and clean accommodations, and a ton to do at the house itself. It’s also a great location because the town has good eatery’s and shopping if you’re into small businesses and more of a slow quiet vibe like we are (:
