The property is fully equipped with smoke/CO alarms, fire extinguishers, and a modern fire sprinkler system. * **Noise Monitoring:** To ensure a peaceful environment for our guests and neighbors, the home is equipped with two NoiseAware devices (one inside, one outside). These devices monitor volume levels only and do not record any audio or conversations. * **Starter Supplies:** We provide a starter supply of essential paper goods and soaps. For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional supplies. * **Winter Stays:** For your convenience and safety during winter months, our driveway and steps are professionally plowed and sanded after storms. A snow shovel and salt are also available for your use. We may need to contact you to coordinate moving vehicles to allow the plow service to clear the driveway completely. There is limited cell service in this area. AT&T customers have better service, but none for Verizon. The home is located across the street from a closed industrial cotton mill and nearby treatment facility.

We are located 5 minutes from Shelburne Falls where visitors can enjoy the glacial potholes, the Bridge Of Flowers and local shops and restaurants. 17 Minutes to Berkshire East Resort which includes, skiing/snowboarding, zip-lining, mountain coaster and mountain biking. 50 Minutes to Mount Snow located in Somerset VT. 40 Minutes from Umass Amherst.
